Abstract

This master's thesis addresses occupational safety in confined spaces at the HAPI department and the milling center of TAPI Czech Industries s.r.o. The aim is to analyze current safety management, identify deficiencies, and propose specific improvements. The practical part includes a GAP analysis, risk assessment, and the update of entry and rescue procedures. Key outputs include a methodological procedure for person extrication and information cards for the company’s Fire and Rescue Service. The work contributes to a more efficient safety system and enhanced rescue readiness, with potential application across other company departments.
