Expertní systém pro vyvození anesteziologického parametru ASA

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to create expert system, which will be a support for correct classification of patients into the one of ASA class by anesthesiologist. The problem of ASA classification is analyzed in introductory part. A history of genesis the ASA classification, advantages and disadvantages of the classification, screening and diagnosis necessary to decision, to which class patient belong are mentioned. Further an issue of expert systems, history, structure and sorting of this systems is also described. The core of the thesis is implementation of the designed expert system in program Linguistic Fuzzy Logic Controller (LFLC) and next testing on a group of real patients. There is an evaluation of the results and a consideration of implementation into medical practice in conclusion of the thesis.
