Analýza k zajištění vyšší uplatnitelnosti absolventů do praxe v kontextu Průmyslu 4.0

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou k zajištění vyšší uplatnitelnosti absolventů do praxe v kontextu Průmyslu 4.0. Teoretická část práce obsahuje informace týkající se současného stavu Průmyslu 4.0 ve světě spolu se zkušenostmi v jednotlivých zemích. V další kapitole je uveden příklad aplikace robotů v průmyslovém odvětví – konkrétně v automobilovém průmyslu. Dále práce obsahuje informace o Operátorovi 4.0. V praktické části jsou provedena vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření. Nejprve dotazníků firem, pomocí hypotéz a dále dotazníků studentů, jejichž výstupy a hodnocení byly zpracovány do grafů. V závěru práce je diskuse a navržená opatření a návrh cvičení pro studenty Fakulty bezpečnostního inženýrství, VŠB-TUO.

This diploma thesis deals with an analysis to enhance higher liability of graduates in practice in the context of Industry 4.0. The theoretical part contains the information concerning the current situation of Industry 4.0 in the world along with some experience in different countries. In the next chapter, the example of application of robots in industry–specifically in the car industry is introduced. The thesis contains the information concerning the operator 4.0. The practical part deals with results of questionnaire surveys. First of all, the questionnaire of the companies using the hypothesis, and the questionnaire of students whose results and evaluation were processed on the graphs. The thesis conclusion contains discussion and suggestions and the plan of the practical lesson for students of the Faculty of Safety Engineering, VŠB–TUO.
