Hodnocení systému motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of employees motivation system in a chosen company. In the first part, the author defines the basic concepts and theoretical background related to this issue. Attention is paid to selected motivational theories and employee motivation in the work environment with emphasis on benefits, sanctions and the existence of financial and non-financial motivational factors. The effects of demotivational factors are also described, along with differences in motivation across generations X, Y and Z. In the practical part is firstly introduced the company with which was established the cooperation on this bachelor thesis. The author mentions the basic characteristics of the company, its corporate values and the employee benefits it provides to its employees. This is followed by an analysis of a questionnaire survey focused on the current state of employee motivation and satisfaction. The next part is devoted to a comparison with the results of previous years. The overall evaluation is complemented by suggestions for possible improvements and expansion of the company's current motivation system.
