Strategická analýza podniku

Abstract

The aim of this work is strategic analysis of the selected company. The analysis is about architectural studio. The work is divided into two main parts, the theoretical definition of strategic analysis methods and their subsequent application to the selected company. To identify the key internal and external factors affecting the company, following methods were used: PEST analysis, Porter's analysis of competitive forces, the method of 7S and SWOT analysis. The result of work are particular proposals and recommendations for the selected architectural studio, which can be used for creating its strategy.
