dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním celního režimu aktivního zušlechťovacího styku s režimem volného oběhu z hlediska ekonomických nákladů. První část diplomové práce obsahuje vymezení teoretických pojmů a prostředků sloužících pro pochopení problematiky celního řízení, druhá část je zaměřena na charakteristiku výše zmíněné společnosti a třetí část obsahuje praktické řešení problematiky. Poslední část práce obsahuje návrhy a doporučení.cs
dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis deals with comparison the inward processing customs procedure and customs procedure of free circulation in terms of economic costs. The first part of the thesis contains the definiton of theoretical concepts and methods used for understanding the issues of customs procedure, the second part focuses on the characteristics of the above mentioned company and the third section contains a practical solution to the issue. The last section of the thesis contains suggestions and recommendations.en
