Modrá infrastruktura v areálu ÚČOV Ostrava

Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on blue infrastructure, more precisely on rainwater management. In the first part I described rainwater, its quality, hygienic requirements, possibilities of rainwater management such as infiltration and retention and grant programs associated with them. I also dealt with blue-green infrastructure and legislation related to rainwater. In the practical part of thesis I evaluated the area of the Central Water Treatment Plant in Ostrava to design possibilities of rainwater management and suggested optimal solution for the given location.
