Sociální podnikání jako nástroj sociální ekonomie

Abstract

The focus of this thesis there are the working-integration social enterprises (WISEs) in the Czech Republic as a tool of the elimination the socially negative issues that are focused by the social economics. It is above all the risk of social exclusion caused by long-term unemployment of people at risk: handicapped people, homeless people, drug addicted, youth and other, of who unsolved social situation can lead to poverty and marginalization. On the example of the enterprise employing handicapped people there is introduced and evaluated cause of the application the SROI method, impacts and assets towards employed socially included persons and public investments. The main aim of the thesis is to set up the recommendations to development of WISE in the Czech Republic towards elimination of work marginalization and support of social inclusion of specific target groups and to the support of public economy. The system analyse specifies the innovative elements of the European social enterprising applicable for the Czech background, aiming at working and socially integration of disadvantaged people. Focus there is given to public support, public procurement and public-social privte partnership modell. Regarding public economy there is emphased the contribution of social enterprising development in the Czech Republic, leading to decreasing of public costs (linked to long-term unemployment and excluison of specific target groups and the as well as increasing of income to public budget.
