Abstract
This thesis concerns the problem of customer satisfaction of the Teplice
nad Bečvou Spa which focuses mainly on muscular and circulatory system treatment.
The thesis is of both theoretical and practical character. Whereas
the theoretical part describes issues related to customer satisfaction measurement, the practical part deals with a survey that was carried out for the purposes
of this thesis with the help of a questionnaire in the spa mentioned above.
On the basis of the results of the survey, suggestions and recommendations were made that could potentially lead to an increase in the degree of customer satisfaction in the Teplice spa.
