Repasované válečky pásových dopravníků na hnědouhelném lomu

Abstract

This thesis is focused on reconditioned rollers for long-distance belt transport to a brown coal mine, in this case to a brown coal mine Bílina, which includes Severočeské Doly Chomutov a.s. based on Chomutov. The aim of this thesis is to present a technique for repairing rollers propose concrete solutions to the operating conditions brown coal mine Bílina and evaluate the benefits of the proposed procedure to the operating conditions of brown coal mine Bílina. In preface of this work is introduced the destination locality, procedures and selection criteria of rollers suitable for repair. Subsequently is described the entire repair process, including technological procedure for repairing rollers. Economic factors are very important aspect of every process, therefore are compared costs for new and reconditioned rollers, including assessment life cycle of rollers.
