Abstract
However not all the customers are so profitable for the company. Their profits depend on the real costs of product landing for the specific customer. There are exacting customers whose needs to satisfy are more time-consuming than in other cases. In this article I'd like to go in for problem of particular activity costs evaluating in K2 (exactly Marketing module).
