Zhodnocení a návrh úpravy procesů ve výrobním podniku pomocí metod projektového řízení

Abstract

The aim of the work was to evaluate the process by project management methods in the manufacturing company and propose possible adjustment that would lead to more effective project management. The first part of the thesis explains the concepts of project management from the professional literature. In the next part of the thesis is briefly described the company to which the methods for the modification of project management processes are applied. The practical part of thesis explains the project management processes in the manufacturing company and describes the individual stages of the project life cycle. The last chapter is devoted to suggestions and evaluations of processes, which were based on questioning and observation processed so that they are easier to apply in the company and there are not big additional costs of adjustment. In total, four proposals for process modifications were processed, with each proposal describing the process adjustment in different way.
