Podpora kultury v EU - Evropa pro občany

Abstract

Bakalářská práce zpracovává problematiku podporu kultury v Evropské unii (EU). Cílem bylo především přiblížit problematiku podpory kultury z pohledu EU a její uvedení do praxe pomocí programu Evropa pro občany. Druhá kapitola se zabývá postavením kultury v prostředí EU. Popisuje kulturní politiku EU, právní úpravu kultury a některé významné programy na její podporu. Kapitola se dále věnuje také jiným institucím, které podporují oblast kultury. Dále řeší otázku mezikulturního dialogu a problematiku financování kultury. Třetí kapitola patří programu Evropa pro občany. Popisuje nástroje a cíle tohoto programu, který je využíván k podpoře kultury v zemích EU a k podpoře evropského občanství. Čtvrtá kapitola analyzuje praktické poznatky z předchozích dvou kapitol a převádí je do praxe. Popisuje oblast kultury ve městě Kopřivnici a také využití prostředků EU městem k jejímu financování. Závěr této práce patří především stručné rekapitulaci bakalářské práce a odpovídá na otázku, čeho bylo dosaženo a jaká jsou možná doporučení v této oblasti.

The bachelor thesis deals with the support of culture in the European Union (EU). The objective was especially brought near questions about support of culture in the EU and her implementation with the help programme Europe for Citizen. The second chapter describes the position of culture in the EU area. It describes EU cultural policy, legal regulations of culture and few of programs for support of culture. Further on, chapter describes other institutions supporting culture in the world and a question of intercultural dialogue and problems of financing the culture. The third chapter is focused on a programme Europe for Citizen. It describes instruments and objectives of these programmes which are used to support the culture in the EU and support of European citizenship. The fourth chapter features the pieces of knowledge from the second and third chapter to practice. Describes the culture in the town Kopřivnice and as this town derives benefit from the EU instruments for the support of culture. The end of thesis is a short recapitulation of the bachelor thesis and is responding to question, what the objective was achieved and what are recommended for the support of culture.
