Vyhodnocení investičního záměru společnosti Dalkia Česká Republika, a.s.

Abstract

This thesis treat of evaluation already realized investment company Dalkia Czech Republic, a.s. The first section provides theoretic description basic methods for evalution effectiveness investment, namely: the calculation of net present value, return on investment, the repayment period, internal rate of return method. Next there is caught up personal look on evalution offers. The practical part of all those resources are applied to the specific investment, which is reconstruction circulatory station in power-station Třebovice. The work is tipped final summary.
