Stanovení postupu pro interní kalibraci délkového měřidla a stanovení nejistot měření

Abstract

The aim of this work is to develop a procedure for internal calibration of gauges. This work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part should lead to describe relations and purposes of the present measurement system analysis. The practical part is devoted to the characteristics of the company and define its policy and objectives. This section also includes a procedure for calibrating gauges and there is also detail of the problem of determining the uncertainties in measuring with micrometer.
