Abstract

ŠINDLEROVÁ, L.: Family House in Hruškový sadu. Bakalářská práce. Ostrava: VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, 2023. Supervisor of bachelor thesis: Ing. arch. Kateřina Riedlová, Ph.D. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the development of project documentation for the object of the Family House. The design of the building is based on the urban and architectural study of the Muglinov location in the city district of Ostrava, which were solved in the subject Studio Design I. The project of the Family House in Hruškové Sad in Ostrava was further developed in the subject Studio Design V, where the documentation for the building permit was created , which is partially processed as documentation for construction. This is a newly built family house designed for a family of four. The object is divided into several parts. On the ground floor, the building is divided into three parts: technical, communication and residential social. The second above-ground floor is made up of residential rooms. The house is characterized by extensive and interconnected social spaces. The entrance and view from the terrace of the building is directed to the south side.
