dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zpracovaná na téma „Hodnocení efektivnosti instrumentů při vymáhání pohledávek“. Tato práce vysvětluje pojem pohledávka. Definuje její vznik, způsoby zajištění a vymáhání. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza pohledávek organizační složky státu a vysvětlení způsobů řešení a to od vzniku až po vyřešení případu pohledávky. Následně jsou tyto pohledávky analyzovány a hodnoceny.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis is compiled for the topic "The Evaluation of the effectiveness of the instruments for the recovery of claims." This thesis explains the concept of claims. This thesis also defines the origin of the claims and the methods how to ensure and enforce the claims. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the the claims of the organizational division of the state and explain the possible solutions how to solve the case claims in the range of inception to the solving. All these claims and are subsequently analyzed and evaluated.en
