Zhodnocení interních procesů v IT společnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu interních procesů v IT společnosti. Teoretická část popisuje teoretická východiska analýzy procesů a jejich modelování. Jsou definovány cíle a strategie podniku a jejich nejvhodnější výběr pro úspěšnost konkurenceschopného podniku. V druhé části je představena společnost Axiom Provis Int. s. r. o. ve které byly analyzovány jednotlivé procesy. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je navržení vhodných procesů a principů, které povedou k zefektivnění při implementaci podnikového systému v oblasti automotive. Jako dílčí cíle jsou stanoveny interní zaškolení stávajících konzultantů pro zaškolení a podporu uživatelů nových, ale i stávajících uživatelů. Nedílnou součástí bakalářské práce je navržení efektivního plánování lidských kapacit, procesů supportního oddělení, a především ke zkrácení doby implementace.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of internal processes in the IT company. The theoretical part describes the theoretical background of the analysis of processes and their modelling. The goals are defined and strategy of the enterprise and their most appropriate choice for the success of a competitive enterprise. In the second part it is presented to the company Axiom Provis Int. s. r. o. in which were analysed the individual processes. The main aim of this thesis is the design of appropriate processes and principles, which will lead to efficiencies in the implementation of the corporate system in the field of automotive. As the sub-goals are set, the internal training of existing consultants for training and support of users of the new, but also existing users. An integral part of the bachelor thesis is the design of an efficient planning of human capacities, processes supportního department, and especially to reduce the time of implementation.
