Abstract
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the treatment and the processing of hazardous components from the municipal waste. The opening chapters inform about relevant legislative regulations and general problems of municipal solid waste. Next chapters describe the treatment of hazardous components from this waste, the property of some of the components and the most important kinds of technology of their processing and the disposal. Finally there is pointed to an individual person´s responsibility as the primal originator of the waste.
