Analýza rozhodovacích procesov v podniku

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the analysis of decision-making processes in a selected company. Analysis was made through chosen methods. The terms related with decision making and certain types and methods of decisions used in companies are explained in theoretical part. The company is described in next chapter together with its decision-making characteristics. The practical part follows, where the theoretical know-how is applied in praxis to choose a new information system in the company. The conclusion contains recommendations and suggestions for common decision-making process in company.
