Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zpracování vybraných částí projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby novostavby rodinného domu. Řešený samostatně stojící objekt je situován na pozemku parc. č. 2663/1 v katastrálním území Slezská Ostrava. Celá dokumentace je vyhotovena v souladu s požadavky aktuálně platné vyhlášky č. 131/2024 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb. Jako výchozí podklad pro tento projekt posloužila architektonická studie, která vznikla v zimním semestru akademického roku 2023/2024 během předmětu Ateliérová tvorba I pod vedením Ing. arch. Romana Osiky. Tento původní návrh byl následně rozvinut a dopracován v rámci předmětu Ateliérová tvorba V (zimní semestr 2025/2026), vedeném Ing. arch. Lucií Videckou. Stavebně-technické řešení a prováděcí detaily byly posléze řešeny ve spolupráci s konzultantkou bakalářské práce z katedry pozemního stavitelství, Ing. Kateřinou Stejskalovou, Ph.D. Výsledná práce je formálně rozdělena na textovou a výkresovou složku. Textová část obsahuje ucelenou průvodní a souhrnnou technickou zprávu k navrženému objektu. Samotná projektová a výkresová dokumentace, která detailně zachycuje stavební i architektonické řešení rodinného domu, je pak doložena v přílohách práce.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the preparation of selected parts of the construction execution documentation for a new detached single-family house. The designed detached building is situated on plot No. 2663/1 in the cadastral area of Slezská Ostrava. The entire documentation is prepared in compliance with the requirements of the currently valid Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on documentation of buildings. The primary basis for this project was an architectural study developed during the winter semester of the 2023/2024 academic year in the Architectural Design I course under the supervision of Ing. arch. Roman Osika. This initial design was subsequently expanded and refined within the Architectural Design V course during the winter semester of 2025/2026, supervised by Ing. arch. Lucie Videcká. The structural-technical solution and construction details were then elaborated in cooperation with the bachelor's thesis consultant from the Department of Civil Engineering, Ing. Kateřina Stejskalová, Ph.D. The final work is formally divided into text and drawing components. The text part contains a comprehensive accompanying and summary technical report for the designed building. The project and drawing documentation itself, which captures the structural and architectural design of the family house in detail, is provided in the appendices of the thesis.
