Abstract

Kateřina Kubenková, Ph.D. The diploma thesis deals with the development of project documentation for an administrative building in Bystřice pod Hostýnem in the construction stage (DPS) according to decree 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment No. 405/2017 Coll. on construction documentation. The building is located in the outskirts of Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The building is a free-standing four-storey building with a receding fourth floor. The building is based on concrete belt nad blocks of lost formwork, on which the underlying concrete in laid. The perimeter masonry is made of brick block Porotherm 380 T Profi Drifix on masonry foam. Internal load-bearing masonry will be Porotherm 380 Profi Drifix nad 300 Profi Drifix brick blocks on masonry foam, non-load-bearing masonry will by Porotherm 115 Profi Drifix on masonry foam. The ceilings are designed from prestressed Spiroll ceiling panels with a height of 250 mm. Above the 3rd floor there is a green roof that functions as a terrace. Above the 4th floor there is a flat roof weighed down by aggregate. On the 1 st floor, there is a reception, offices, technical room, garages, sanitary facilities, a cleaning room and a warehouse. On the 2nd floor and 3rd floor there are offices, sanitary facilities a kitchen with living room, a dressing room, a cleaning room and a warehouse. On the 4th floor there are offices, a meeting room, a kitchen, a cleaning room and a warehouse. You can go un the terrace from the 4th floor.
