Zhodnocení mezinárodní policejní spolupráce vybraných států Evropské unie

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce rozebírá mezinárodní policejní spolupráci nejen mezi Českou republikou, ale mezi státy Evropské unie celkově. Z tohoto důvodu je na Evropskou unii pohlíženo jako na unitární stát. Práce zobrazuje problémy současné doby v otázce bezpečnosti. V teoretické části přibližuje rozdílnost jednotlivých států a jejich policejních sborů, v praktické části zobrazuje, jakým způsobem je policejní spolupráce koordinována Evropskou unií a jakým způsobem státy spolupracují. V práci je použita metoda deskripce, analýzy, syntézy a komparace. Evropská unie aktivně jedná v otázce obrany ve směrech jako je finanční a legislativní podpora. Závěrem je vyhodnocena spolupráce mezi členskými státy Evropské unie jako velice přínosná a pozitivní.

This thesis analyzes international police cooperation, not only between the Czech Republic but between the European Union countries in general. For comparison purposes, the European Union is viewed as a unitary state. The thesis presents problems of the present time and includes questions of security. In the theoretical part, it describes the differences between individual states and their police forces. In the practical part, it shows how the police collaboration is coordinated between the European Union and the states. Methods used are description analysis, synthesis and comparison. The European Union is actively working on defense in directions such as financial and legislative support. Finally, cooperation between the Member States of the European Union is evaluated as very beneficial and positive.
