Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis analyses and evaluates the Bata management system within a specific company environment. The aim is the comparison, definition and clarification of the concept of the Bata management system principles and the corporate responsibility in corporate practice.

The first theoretical part defines the concept of the Bata business scheme and Corporate Social Responsibility with an accent on the social sphere. There is an evaluation of the employees’ motivation in the practical part. The data was taken from a survey. In the conclusion there are improvement ideas presented, which are applied ideas for improvement that are used in different companies.
