Využitie metód viackriteriálneho rozhodovania v malej firme

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the use of selected methods of multicriteria decision making for choosing the best alternative in a small company. Thesis is divided into five chapters including the introduction and conclusion. The second chapter of the presented thesis defines the theoretical starting points and basic concepts of the decision-making process. The third chapter has a theoretical and methodological character where is characterized aplication of methods AHP, TOPSIS and PROMETHEE. The fourth chapter is the creation and solution of decision-making problems at the level of a small company by using the described methods and a specialized software product. The results of the work are the most suitable variants for defined decision problems, which are recommended for a small firm.
