Analýza vlivu rozlišitelnosti systému měření na vyhodnocování statistických vlastností systému měření

Abstract

The main objective of this master thesis is an analysis of an effect of measurement system resolution and its impact on an evaluation of statistical properties of this measurement system. The first part of this thesis consists of theoretical solutions of MSA and VDA 5. The second part focuses on the statistical evaluation of data properties and then on a data simulation for assessment of the measurement system resolution effect. There is also included an examination of the effect of higher capability on measurement system resolution. In the last part of this thesis an analysis of an effectiveness of graphic tools for detection of the low resolution is performed and then final recommendations in case of insufficient measurement system resolution are written.
