Abstract

This thesis discusses in terms of construction technology to build a residential house in the village of Mosty u Jablunkova. It is divided into a building part, part of the heat-technical and technological, whose individual components are listed in the contents of the thesis. This apartment building has a footprint in the L-shaped, measuring 25.9 x 18.9 m. This is a four-storey, basement building with brick construction system and the cavity ceiling panels. In the house there are 12 housing units - type 1 +1, 2 +1 and 3 +1. Flats meet current modern way of living, large rooms and a simple structure. The thesis is a technical assessment of the thermal packaging design object, itemized project budget, schedule construction, process implementation and design of masonry construction site equipment.
