Analýza konkurenceschopnosti malé kavárny ve Zlíně

Abstract

The topic of this diploma thesis deals with the competitiveness analyses of a small Cafe in Zlín. The thesis is divided into two parts- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on a description of basic terms regarding competitiveness and chosen methods for a company’s competitiveness evaluation. The practical part includes the company characteristic, the application of analyses on a chosen company, and proposals and recommendations to improve the company’s competitiveness. The diploma thesis also includes a questionnaire survey.
