Abstract

The Bachelor thesis is dedicated to the use of seven new tools in the service organization in the field of metrology. The aim was to analyze the current state of an organization UNIMETRA, spol. Ltd. design and use of selected tools to support implementation of these processes. Practical applications are tools aimed at specific problem: What can do to reduce the administrative orders, which handles multiple department?. "Theoretical part is focused on understanding the development of applications and tools. In the practical part of the study analyzed the possibility of using tools in the organization and then, three more diagrams and affinity diagram, relations diagram, systematic and applied to the problem mentioned above.
