Jaroslav Solař, Ph.D. The goal of this diploma thesis is the development of the project documentation for an the administrative building at the level of project documentation for the implementation of the constructionaccording to Decree No. 405/2017 Coll.[4] as amended by No. 62/2013 Coll.[5] and Decree No. 169/2016 Coll. [6]. This project documentation was prepared according to the attached study and consist of drawing part and technical part. The subject of this work is a new administrative building located in Ostrava and will be used as a seat of building company. This work also comprises of a thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011) [8], an energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011) [8], and static calculation of the selected structural element of the building [10] (construction of wooden roof).
