Abstract
Radiotherapy is currently one of the most advanced parts of medicine, which includes those yet most effective methods of treatment of oncological diseases, which are provided to patients through a very sophisticated instrumentation. However, despite the high quality technological processing of the current radiotherapy machines are still in some situations and areas of human physiology clueless, or at least partially dependent on good cooperation of medical personnel and patients. One of these areas is the impact the patient's breathing during therapy on the quality and safety of the procedure. This task therefore deals with the design and implementation of measuring chain for telemetric recording of respiratory activity of the patient during radiotherapy treatment. For such a device measuring respiratory activity is important to make at least limited the comfort of the patient, had a quick response and should accurately and clearly informed the medical personnel of the respiratory activity of the patient during procedure.
