Bachelor's thesis deals with a comparison of legal regulations between the area of planning and building laws and regulations and that of fire protection and identification of different approaches. The main part of work is devoted to the performance of the state fire supervision and the related responsibilities with them. The following are the possibilities of the designer to proceed differently from the procedure established by the Czech national standard.
