Hodnocení finanační situace vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

The thesis aims to make financial analysis of Strojírny a stavby Třinec, a.s., and make comparisons between competing companies. Evaluate obtained knowledge and propose Strojírnám a stavbám Třinec, a.s. improving the financial situation. The theoretical part is focused on the analysis of professional literary sources dealing with intercompany comparison, benchmarking and financial analysis. In the end are described the basic models of summary evulation of the financial company performance. In the practical part are applied methods from the theoretical part. Intercompany comparison was made based on financial analysis using methods of the simple sum of the order. From the obtained results were evaluated financial situation of the company and proposed measures to improve it.
