Měření spokojenosti obyvatel se službami a zázemím města

Abstract

The aim of my diploma thesis is to measure the citizen satisfaction of municipal services and facilities of Přerov municipality, make total and partial satisfaction analysis of individual sections and suggest solutions on basic of analysis results. In the introductory chapter is defined diploma thesis target. The contents of the second chapter is characteristic, the municipal history and present and the municipal outdoor environment. The third chapter deals with theoretical ways out of measuring the satisfaction, services marketing and municipal marketing. The fourth chapter sloves a methodic part where is specified the target of the following set up of the search project plan. In the fifth chapter the analysis of the citizen satisfaction of municipal services and facilities is made. The data are grouped in 5 main sections (leisure time and relaxation facilities, municipal safeness and non-barrierness, commercial services and stores, informedness about municipal events, office work and investment. The sixth chapter is dedicated to suggestion how to improve Přerov citizen´s satisfaction with referenced sections.
