Mikrokrystalizace částic steroidního léčiva s protizánětlivými účinky

Abstract

This thesis is focused on crystallization of drug particles with antiinflammation properties. Theoretical part is focused on methods of drug particles preparation and description of the drug. Methods used in production were: fluid crystallization and supercritical fluid extraction. First step of fluid crystallization was characterization of solubility curve. Than was determined optimal flow and in the end was added Tween 80 to prevent crystallization. Supercritical fluid extraction was used in rapid expansion of supercritical solution and gas antisolvent methods. Produced particles were analysed by scanning electron microscopy and particles size distribution. All products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and particle size distribution.
