Aspekty testování a mechanické vlastnosti drátkobetonu

Abstract

Predmetom predloženej bakalárskej práce je testovanie mechanických vlastností drátkobetónu a porovnanie výsledkov meraní s ohľadom na dávkovanie oceľových vlákien. Bakalárska práca sa skladá z dvoch častí. Teoretická časť práce popisuje základné rozdelenie drátkobetónu, technológiu výroby a možnosti skúšania. Praktická časť je zameraná na vybrané skúšobné metódy drátkobetónu, ako pevnosť v tlaku, pevnosť v priečnom ťahu, pevnosť v ťahu za ohybu, na meranie odolnosti voči mrazu a CHRL a priesaku tlakovou vodou na pripravených drátkobetónových vzorkách.

The subject of the presented bachelor thesis is the testing of mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete and the comparison of measurement results with respect to the dosing of fibers. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic divison of steel fibre reinforced concrete, production technology and testing options. The practical part is focused on selected test methods of steel fiber reinforced concrete, such as compressive strength, split tensile strength, flexural tensile strength, to mesure the resistance to frost and defrosting chemicals and seepage with pressurized water on prepared steel fibre reinforced concrete samples.
