Posouzení motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This thesis deals with motivation and job satisfaction of employees in a selected company engaged in the manufacture and sale of bicycles. The theoretical part is basen on terminology, defines terms such as motivation, job satisfaction, corporate culture, it summarizes the current knowledge and approached to issues and presents methods of employee satisfaction survey. The practical part describes characteristics of the selected company and its corporate culture, and particularly analyses the employee satisfaction based on the outcomes of survey realized. The analysis is completed by proposed recommendations which aim to improve the overall situation in the field of employee motivation.
