Hospodaření a správa Statutárního města Olomouce v oblasti pozemních komunikací

Abstract

The topic of the thesis is the management and administration of the statutory city of Olomouc in the area of road communications. The main objective is focused on efficiency and cost effectiveness in the years 2012-2016. The partial aim is to evaluate activities related to communication in the field of communication and their development. The default method is data collection and analysis, comparison, abstraction and induction methods. The work is out of the introduction and the conclusion is divided into three chapters. The theoretical part characterizes the public sector, its division and functions. It also contains a breakdown of communications and a reporting institution. The introduction of the practical part focuses specifically on the statutory city of Olomouc and analyzes the activities related to the administration of communications. It also specifies the establishment and activities of the Technical Services of the City of Olomouc, a.s., which carry out certain activities in the area of communication management in accordance with the contract. At the end of the thesis, the results of the analysis are summarized and the question is answered in which cases corrections can be made through TSMO, a.s. And when it is better to choose a central and more expensive reconstruction. The conclusion is also devoted to suggestions and recommendations based on the acquired knowledge.
