Analýza motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Bachelor thesis on Employee Motivation deals with the analysis of motivation in a selected organization, namely the Municipality in Valašské Meziříč. First, in the theoretical part it is explained what the main terms of motivation mean, next it is explained what the process of motivation is, what motivational attitudes to a work are known and what motivation theories can be applied. In the practical part, first, the selected organization is characterised and then the stimulative resources, such as system of remuneration, employee benefits and employee evaluation, used in the organization are described. By using a questionnaires, the research in this organization was done and based on this research as strengths as weaknesses were identified. In the case of finding weaknesses out, there were proposed suggestions and recommendations for the organization, which could help increase the level of motivation and job satisfaction itself.
