Revitalizace sportovního areálu v Moravské Třebové

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the revitalization of the TJ Slovan sports complex in Moravská Třebová. The main objective of the proposal is to improve the overall attractiveness of the complex so that it serves not only sports clubs, but also the general public for leisure activities. Two solution options were proposed as part of the work. Option A considered the construction of a financially expensive new multifunctional hall in the western part of the complex. However, option B was chosen for detailed development, which is more realistic considering the investor's limited financial capabilities and focuses on the modernization of existing buildings and areas. The specific proposal includes the construction of a new threshing path with modern LED lighting, the expansion of parking capacities including charging stations for electric cars and electric bicycles and the installation of new game elements. The project also focuses on the construction of restaurant facilities and the reconstruction of sanitary facilities for hockey youth. The work is completed with an indicative economic evaluation and can serve as a basis for future investment plans in the location
