Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with a measurement and evaluation flashover voltages and consequently their simulations in program EMTP-ATP. The work contains both an introduction to the problems of creation, measurement and evaluation of these flashovers and the actual measurement on the test voltage impulse generator. The most important part is the description of the created model of flashover voltages measurements with verification of its functionality.
