Abstract

The main goal of bachelor’s thesis is evaluation of teamwork at secondary school XY. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. It is further divided into 6 main chapters, including introduction and conclusion. Thesis is focuses on the characteristics of teams, teamwork and their individual phases and teamwork in education. The issue of this bachelor’s thesis is investigated using the method of questioning with the technique of written questionnaire survey and also using the method of questioning with the technique of semi-structured interview. The research shows that the aspect of teamwork at secondary school XY is at good level. The individual teams differ in cooperation and there are more or less differences between them. The bachelor’s thesis also includes proposed recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the teamwork at secondary school XY.
