Abstract

This thesis focuses on the optimization of the crushing technology at the Zblovice quarry to enhance production efficiency and reduce operating costs. The theoretical part describes the quarry itself, the technological processing line, and the individual devices that are part of it. The practical section includes a detailed analysis of the current quarry operations, identification of key issues, and proposals for improving the material processing system. The thesis also provides a brief technical and economic evaluation of the proposed solutions and modifications. The result is an optimized technological approach that increases equipment performance and improves material quality, enabling its broader application across various industrial sectors.
