Klasifikace mimořádných událostí

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá klasifikací a hodnocením mimořádných událostí v České republice. V úvodní části jsou uvedeny základní teoretické pojmy a rozděleny druhy mimořádných událostí. V textu je dále uveden systém statistického sledování událostí na našem území a typy událostí, které se v něm evidují. Rovněž jsou zde zmíněny další používané informační zdroje a databáze, ze kterých je možné získat potřebná data. Na tuto část navazuje charakteristika vybraných přírodních a antropogenních rizik, jejich příčiny a výskyty na území České republiky. V závěrečných kapitolách je zpracován přehled sledovaných událostí ve vybraných evropských státech a způsoby jejich klasifikace.

This diploma thesis deals with the classification and evaluation of extraordinary events in the Czech Republic. The introductory part contains basic theoretical terms and the division of the types of extraordinary events. The text continues with the system of statistical observation of extraordinary events in this country and the types of extraordinary events recorded in its area. The thesis also mentions other information sources and databases that can provide required data. This part of the thesis is followed by the characteristics of chosen natural and anthropogenic risks, their causes and occurrences in the area of the Czech Republic. In the final chapters is created the list of events monitored in chosen European states and also the means of their classification.
