Analýza a komparace managementu dvou cyklistických klubů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the management of two amateur cycling clubs located in the same city. The aim of this report is to analyse and compare the two teams and based on the findings suggest possible solution for improvement. First part of this thesis is focused on explaining terms within marketing and management in general, as well as specifically in the sports environment by using academic literature. Second part is describing the results of the comparison of two cycling clubs. To collect necessary data, questionnaires and interviews were conducted, and a SWOT analysis was made. The comparison of the two clubs showed significant differences in some of the areas and based on that, individual recommendations were proposed for both clubs to improve their functioning and organization within the team.
