Abstract
The graduation theses named „ The Analysis of Customer´s Behaviour on the Outdoor Travel Agency Market “ was written by Jana Stiborková.
The target, or aim, of the graduation theses is the analysis of customer´s behaviour on the outdoor travel agency market, and finding out what affects these customers during decision on the selection and purchase of outdoor trip.
Theoretical part is dedicated to the theoretical resources with a focus on services marketing and customer buying behavior. The big part includes detailed description of individual areas of the customer´s behaviour. The practical part includes realization of marketing research.
The final results of individual analysis and marketing research are used for the proposal for changes in behavior of Tourism and Mountain Travel Agency, Ltd. (CK Turistika a Hory, s. r. o.) to their clients so that their market position would be fortified and consolidated and number of customers would still increase.
