Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku Démos trade, a. s.

Abstract

The aim is to evaluate performance of the company Démos trade, Inc. from a financial perspective, using proven methods. It is based on financial analysis, providing informations for evaluation current situation of the company and also its progress from 2007 to 2010. There is horizontal and vertical analysis of Balance sheets, Profit and loss statement and Cash flow, ratio analysis of indicators of liquidity, profitability, activity, debts, indicators of shareholders' equity valuation and indicators of performance value. These results are compared with recommended values and ​​with average values ​​in the branch. The results of this work are suggestions and recommendations for every specific imperfection of the organization. If the company will use some of the advices, it may increase their efficiency and reduce the risk spheres of their business.
