Abstract

This bachelor thesis is about marketing communication of university, precisely of VŠB-Technical University of Ostrava. The aim of this thesis is an analysis of chosen elements of marketing communications of individual faculties and university as a whole. In the analysis was marketing resarch made in the form of online questionings among chosen employees of the university and also personal interviews were made with employees which are in charge of marketing activities of university as a whole. At the end of this thesis are formulated the author's recommendations for changes in marketing communications of VŠB-Technical University of Ostrava, which are based on created analysis.
