Abstract

The thesis is called ,, Quality control and management in the company Machinery and Buildings Třinec as. " It is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basic characteristics of the company,quality management , concepts and principles of quality management, senior management in the quality management system, economy, quality planning and continuous quality improvement. The second part analyzes the current system of quality management in the studied company, evaluating the current status of compliance with all defined requirements according to guidelines and standards.It also defines the current problems and deficiencies in the quality management system . The measures are designed to improve the current situation and an assessment of the proposed changes.
