Správa a údržba místních komunikací ve městě Zlín

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je hodnocením hospodaření Technických služeb Zlín, s.r.o. v rámci správy a údržby místních komunikací v letech 2010-2014 a navrhuje možná doporučení. Teoretická část sem zabývá postavením obce, jejími orgány a rozpočtem obce. Dále se práce zabývá infrastrukturou a místními komunikace. Praktická část zahrnuje informace o městě Zlín a Technických službách Zlín, s.r.o. Závěrečná kapitola sumarizuje veškeré výdaje na správu a údržbu místních komunikací za sledované období.

This Bachelor thesis evaluates the financial performance (and delivery of value) of Technicke Sluzby Zlin Ltd. in the area of public works road construction and maintenance of local roads in the years 2010-2014 and makes recommendations. The theoretical background section introduces the role of the municipality, its functions, objectives and operating financial budgets. It also analyses the municipal infrastructure and local roads. The practical section provides information and significant findings about the City of Zlin and about Technicke Sluzby Zlin Ltd. The conclusions and recommendations section summarizes the public works road construction and maintenance total disbursements for the period subject to the review.
